Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial User Experience Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building prototypes of the appropriate level of fidelity for both internal discussion and external evaluation
- Creating detailed specifications of interactions and visual design to communicate with developers
- Designing user journeys and UIs that follow the team’s design principles, using the design system
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7-10+ years of experience working in the UX/UI design field within a fast-paced software development environment
- Expertise in the design, production and presentation of user interface designs that support the needs of the customer
- Extensive experience applying user-centered design processes and methodologies
- Experience with industry-recognized UX tools, technologies and best practices
- Experience designing web and mobile user interfaces in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting
