Job Summary

A fine jewelry retail company is in need of a Remote Fine Jewelry Customer Care Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Keeping customers informed of any changes or updates to their current order shipping timeframe
  • Providing real-time assistance for customer orders and account statuses
  • Corresponding with customers on applying relevant financing, payments and documentation collection for orders

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • An ability to solve complex customer situations through varied applications and/or software
  • Robust customer service skills and experience working in an ecommerce environment
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Excellent, professional verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • An ability to adhere to and implement relevant policies and procedures regarding high value product orders
