Job Summary

A non-profit technology organization has a current position open for a Remote FinOps Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Focus on building relationships across a range of key functions within the partner organization
  • Play a key part in onboarding new partners
  • Manage specific metrics for partnerships

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management
  • Demonstrable track record in retaining and growing customers
  • Ability to build and nurture key partner relationships
  • Be able to advocate for the customer internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good critical thinking, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
