Job Summary

A technology company that specializes in cybersecurity has an open position for a Remote Firewall Senior Network Engineer.

Must be able to:

• Design, implement, and validate solutions to complex cloud, data center, and remote office network engineering problems
• Monitor network infrastructure and traffic
• Identify and document problem areas and recommend network infrastructure and performance improvements

Position Requirements Include:

• Must be willing to travel occasionally to support network deployments in remote locations

• 10+ years’ experience designing, implementing, and supporting scalable enterprise data center and remote office networks
• 10+ years’ experience with OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and multicast routing protocols, Voice Over IP, and QoS configuration on routers and switches
• 5+ years’ AWS network design, implementation support in multi-region/AZ/VPC cloud and hybrid cloud environments
• 5+ years’ experience configuring, managing, and monitoring Palo Alto Networks firewalls
• Demonstrated experience with network configuration management and monitoring tools
