Job Summary
A university has a current position open for a Remote Fiscal Operations Specialist I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Sending notification of disbursements to students
- Generating student billing and reviews tuition and fees for accuracy
- Posting funds to student accounts in an accurate and timely manner
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience with non-term semesters strongly desired
- Knowledge of available private, state, and federal financial aid programs
- Knowledge of academic and business workings of a higher education institution
- Knowledge of University policies and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and other applications in the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work with and apply mathematical and accounting principles
