Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Fitness Technology Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for all candidates interviewing
- Assist recruiters in posting job descriptions on career websites, university boards, an online job siters
- Advise recruiters and hiring managers on scheduling and overseeing progress or delays
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3+ years prior experience as a Recruiting/HR Coordinator
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with employee records and personal data
- Working independently and within a team
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
