Job Summary
A meal kit and food delivery company is seeking a Remote Food Delivery Product Insights Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Sharing / presenting research recaps with relevant stakeholders
- Maintaining our Product Insights Pipeline and Google Drive to facilitate knowledge sharing and record keeping
- Setting up internal surveys to better understand our customers and how they feel about our existing / potential new products
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Four-year degree in a related field
- 1+ years work experience in a fast paced, data-driven role
- Strong interest in / some experience with customer data / behaviors
- Understanding of project management techniques
- Strong analytical web and business analysis skills
- Ability to interpret data and synthesize key takeaways / recommendations
