Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Formal Referral Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Issue referrals to local providers to ensure clients are evaluated within five (5) business days
  • Ensure that treatment providers complete all the necessary paperwork
  • Educate referral contacts, providers, and facilities about procedures for management initiated referrals

Required Skills:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology required
  • CADC and full clinical licensed
  • Experience with EAP services and chemical dependency treatment issues
  • Must be able to follow all guidelines and requirements as indicated by the employer or federal guidelines
