Job Summary
A music provider is seeking a Remote Formats and Machine Learning Senior User Researcher.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building trusted relationships with Design, Data Science, and Product partners
- Identifying research opportunities, driving priorities, and contributing to a collective Listener User Research
- Employing a wide range of storytelling techniques to deliver and socialize compelling insights
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years experience in a similar user research role
- Strong experience and advocate in user-centered approach to product development
- Planned and led research multiple research initiatives simultaneously, through every step of the product development cycle: exploratory, concept and usability tests, and validation studies
- Skilled storyteller and communicator of research insights
