Job Summary
A real estate digital marketing technology company is seeking a Remote FP and A Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and maintaining financial planning and modeling tools to support business decisions and the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Understanding key business drivers and how they impact the performance of the business
- Maintaining and enhancing the current revenue model to drive greater long term forecast accuracy and predictability
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of work experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking.
- Extensive knowledge and expert use of Excel required. Proficiency in SQL and database maintenance
- Detail oriented, highly motivated and an analytical thinker who understands the bigger picture and can communicate it to Management
- Intellectual curiosity and persistence is a must
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling concepts, scenario planning, as well as accounting and valuation fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), organizational and problem-solving skills, along with a very strong attention to detail
