Job Summary
A hospitality company has an open position for a Remote Franchise Services Area Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to hotel operations requests from franchised hotel owners and operators
- Cultivating and maintaining effective franchisee relationships
- Monitoring hotel GIS and related guest satisfaction scores
Qualifications for this position include:
- Extensive hotel operations management
- Minimum of five years relevant experience and/or hotel level leadership
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must thrive on exceeding goals and meeting deadlines
