Job Summary
A media company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Freelance Community Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging daily with members via email, social media, and our private community chat platform
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the member experience, including through partnerships, programming, and perks
- Managing the programming calendar - planning and executing 10-15 virtual events from end-to-end every month
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Three years of experience in community building, community growth management, and customer service success
- Track record of highly-professional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with CRM / CMS platforms
- A digital native and fast learner on platforms such as Canva, Zoom, Circle, Stripe, and more
- Incredible communicator and presentation skills, comfortable presenting over zoom
- High familiarity with G-suite, especially with creating well formatted and engaging Google Slide presentations
