We are looking for you in case you have:
Contact Center or other Customer Service Experience (2yrs+)
College or University Degree is an advantage
Strong user level of Computing Skills
You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others
Your first language is Canadian French and you have excellent communication skills (oral, written)
Your English is on a good intermediate level (both comprehension, speech)
