Job Summary
A marketing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Front End Web Developer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Translating the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application
- Working with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works
- Developing new user-facing features and building reusable code and libraries for future use
Required Skills:
- Experience with WordPress
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Proficiency with CSS3 and Less/Sass (ability to write mixins, partials, functions, etc)
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and jQuery frameworks
- Experience building pixel-perfect, robust and, accessible user interfaces for the web
- Proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework like Angular, React or equivalent
