Job Summary

A consumer transaction technologies company is filling a position for a Remote Fulfillment Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage combined customer deliverables from all elements of the supply chain
• Liaise with Manufacturing, shipping team and Warehouse team to ensure we ship appropriately
• Ensure any changes or slippages to dates are communicated to the country CF teams

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• English language as mother tongue
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Order Management, Customer Support and interaction
• MS Office, Use of Systems, General knowledge of Customer Support processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem Solving and Analysis skills
