We were founded in 2017 by a team of software developers and seasoned Commercial Real Estate (CRE) investment professionals to disrupt a stagnant software landscape in the CRE sector. We are transforming how investors manage their data to automate workflows and unlock powerful insights. Our flagship product suite Atlas has been adopted by some of the largest CRE lenders and investors in the country and continues to experience rapid growth.
Our headquarters is in the Flatiron District of New York City but we believe in the value of working remotely and fostering a remote culture. We are a lean, agile team that believes strongly in the value of collaboration and individual ownership.

THE ROLE
The role is for a mid-senior full-stack developer with a preference for experience with ReactJS and Node.JS to help us further develop our SaaS web application. The position will also offer the opportunity to contribute to other areas of the product including: data APIs, data architecture and development, cloud infrastructure and Office 365 development. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Engineering on a variety of initiatives.
Successful candidates will:
Be experienced in or have a desire to become a full-stack developer
Provide additional development bandwidth for ongoing product development goals
Help architect and design our primary SaaS product offering
Report to senior team members on ongoing developments
Take ownership of the product and support the long-term vision of the Atlas senior leadership
Be prepared to respond positively to rapidly changing requirements
Be interested in mentoring future employees as the company grows

REQUIREMENTS
Min 3+ years in SaaS web application development
Min 3+ years React/Nodejs/Express
Understanding of the React architecture principles
Experience designing RESTful apis
Experience with React Bootstrap, LESS, Typescript
General understanding of database design / architecture principals
NICE TO HAVES
Interest in implementing modern interactive designs
Interest in designing internal tools and automation for improving employee workflow
Python/Flask

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
COMPENSATION: $90,000 - $150,000 depending on experience, location and qualifications
