Job Summary
A specialty retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Furniture Customer Service Associate II in the Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions and placing orders for the customer
- Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to occasionally travel to the Care Center for meetings and training with advanced notice
- Must attend online training: April 23rd - May 11th - (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) or (1:30 pm - 10:00 pm)
- Must have a desktop computer or laptop with high-speed internet along with accessible camera for live virtual discussion
- Must have a home phone or cell phone with a compatible headset
- Must have a strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
- High school diploma or GED
