Job Summary

A speciality retailer is seeking a Remote Furniture Customer Service Associate in Columbus.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
  • Providing product information, review alternative solutions if an item is out of stock and place orders for the customer.
  • Checking inventory, process returns, issue replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems and internet pages
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Candidates must complete the online application and assessments in order to be considered for the position
  • April 23rd - May 11th Training - (9:00 am - 5:30 pm) or (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)
  • Excellent attendance is mandatory in order to keep up with the material to successfully do the job
