An information technology consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Futures and Options Customer Care Delivery Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Deploy experience with delivery and management into strategic live client accounts

  • Help stabilize challenging post go-live customer projects

Qualifications Include:

  • 5-10 years of industry experience
  • Assist in creating add-on service and product offerings with various pillars
  • Ensure resources have adequate skills to support customer needs
  • Assist with process improvements within the Customer Care Team
