Job Summary
A gaming entertainment company is filling a position for a Remote Gaming Operations Technical Configuration Analyst in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Gathering, processing, analyzing, reconcile and enter configuration data into appropriate databases
- Analyzing and addressing any requirements impacting configurator tooling releases
- Serving as a liaison and collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to track and resolve issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Understanding of system connectivity/architecture, computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Order Review and/or copy editing, and/or product quality analyst experience
- Ability to work independently
