Job Summary
A social media company has an open position for a Remote Gaming Tier 1 Moderator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing and moderating content on video game platforms based on our client's guidelines.
- Assisting and guiding customers to the right answers
- Solving concerns and being the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Knowledgeable and passionate about video games
- Interested in online communities and social media
- Experience with being an active member of a community, especially in a moderation/admin capacity
- Basic PC proficiency, ability to perform standard diagnostic processes
- Comfortable with inappropriate/aggressive content
- Able to adapt to updates/changes
