A software development company is filling a position for a Remote General Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:

- Supporting the CFO and Finance team on legal aspects in fundraising efforts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 12+ years experience in a lead counsel role
- Experience building a strategy across regulatory, risk, and compliance functions
- Familiarity with international law in regards to global business expansion and or practices
