A business networking company is in need of a Remote General Counsel Member.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Advising executive, senior management and board members
• Providing oversight of the legal matters of the business as a whole
• Negotiating and brokering M&A transactions

Required Skills:

• Experience in managing several legal experts
• Experience working with high growth venture backed start-ups
• Have strong knowledge of laws and the constant changes
• Legal experience in fund investments, venture capital financing and M&A
• Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school
