Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote General Liability Claims Litigation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Investigating litigated claims through telephone, written correspondence, and/or personal contact
- Analyzing information, including depositions, expert reports, attorney evaluations, and medical reports
- Processing incoming calls and correspondence from insureds, claimants and agents
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel 0-5%
- Must have 3-5 years General Liability and Coverage experience
- Flexibility to handle multiple jurisdictions
- Must be able to handle litigation files from start to finish
- Senior Claims Law course work, CPCU designation/course work, or other
