A consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Genesys Reporting Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing Genesys CX Insights custom reports
  • Testing Genesys CX Insights custom reports
  • Designing and delivering CX solutions

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience
  • Genesys Enterprise Routing solutions
  • Genesys T-Server and I-Server integrations
  • Genesys SIP Server
  • Genesys Reporting with preference to experience with MicroStrategy and Genesys CX Insights application
  • Genesys Infomart configuration and deployment
