Job Summary
A global visual content platform is in need of a Remote Global Benefits Analyst in New York City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping to determine employee benefit plan design
- Monitoring the global benefits budget and assisting with financial planning and forecasting
- Project managing all benefit plan renewals including rate review and cost consolidation options
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated ability working in Benefits Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields
- CEBS, GPHR, and/or GBA, or current progression through such tracks, strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HRIS, benefits, and reporting modules strongly preferred (Workday a plus)
- Outstanding data analysis and advanced Excel skills required, including working with large and varied datasets
- Good judgment and ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across global partners
