Job Summary
A financial agency is seeking a Remote Global Benefits Design Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Directing the global operations of benefits plans and programs
- Evaluating existing programs
- Initiating, leading, coordinating, and participating in the planning, research,etc
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some travel required, including overnight stays,5%
- Extensive program design and research experience required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 10 or more years of experience
- Requires experience working with corporate goals and Human Resources policies
- Must have ability to apply competitor and industry trends
- Strong planning, strategic thinking, and leadership skills required
