A cybersecurity and managed security services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Global Channel Sales Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing operational support to the Partner Portal and all associated processes
- Sales Process Optimization
- Analyzing the performance of Channel Team throughout the sales process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5-8 years experience working with Salesforce
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Previous experience in an IT sales/business operations
- 4 year college/university degree
- Highly adaptable and able manage a variety of tasks with minimal supervision
- Must be “customer focused” for both internal and external customers
