Job Summary

A blockchain research and development company has a current position open for a Remote Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work with internal stakeholders to design and operationalize total reward and bonus incentive programs
• Design a compensation and bonus tracking process in collaboration with the finance and HR teams
• Lead and manage compensation programs and processes

Required Skills:

• Experience of designing and delivering bonus retention and total reward programs
• At least five years' experience in finance, compensation or consulting
• Experience of creating tools and models to analyze data; excellent spreadsheet skills
• Strong project management skills
• Focus on business-to-technology translation.
