Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Global Customer Success Business Management and Operations Director.

Must be able to:

  • Articulate a shared vision and the long-term strategy for digital and scaled customer success
  • Lead prioritization of initiatives, measures and targets as part of annual planning and ongoing business management
  • Develop a robust and closed-loop business performance management model, and scorecards

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations or related roles
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills with the ability to foster honest dialog
  • Experience engaging, influencing, and communicating with senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Results-oriented with a history of overseeing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Data-driven, and demonstrated leadership in using data to drive relevant business insights
  • Prior experience in KPI development at a high growth company
