Job Summary

A consumer services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Customer Success Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Learning about the Boundless and RapidVisa customer
  • Owning the budget and KPIs for the function
  • Setting up operations function to scale

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience setting-up, leading, and scaling (2x +) B2C customer support, success, and/or operations teams
  • Experience partnering with a Product function to improve the customer experience
  • History of success delivering measurable improvements for customer-facing metrics
  • Operates effectively in ambiguity and in rapidly changing environments
  • Experience partnering with a Product function to improve the customer experience
  • Inherent curiosity and self-reflection to continuously improve
