Job Summary
A consumer services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Customer Success Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Learning about the Boundless and RapidVisa customer
- Owning the budget and KPIs for the function
- Setting up operations function to scale
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven experience setting-up, leading, and scaling (2x +) B2C customer support, success, and/or operations teams
- Experience partnering with a Product function to improve the customer experience
- History of success delivering measurable improvements for customer-facing metrics
- Operates effectively in ambiguity and in rapidly changing environments
- Experience partnering with a Product function to improve the customer experience
- Inherent curiosity and self-reflection to continuously improve
