Job Summary
A healthcare research company is seeking a Remote Global Digital Enablement Leader.
Must be able to:
- Own the overall workflow solution from Lead to Cash and Service to Invoice
- Build, develop, and manage talent across the digital enablement team
- Lead evaluations of data-driven and data-dependent projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of professional experience in sales or service
- Must have a “can do” attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Mental flexibility, including ability to dive deep into details of the data to ensure quality
- Demonstrated expertise operationalizing data governance, data stewardship and data quality
- Strong communication skills able to support independent viewpoints to senior leadership
- Strong analytical ability, including the ability to anticipate the impact of process changes
