Job Summary

A cloud-based communications and collaboration solutions provider has a current position open for a Remote Global Enterprise Unified Communications Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting all Unified Communications (UC) issues
  • Providing Enterprise level technical support to all Enterprise customers
  • Troubleshooting and reproducing customer technical issues to resolution and/or escalates

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in customer focused/customer experience role
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, perseverance and patience
  • Experienced in VOIP technology including SIP, RTP, QoS, COS, codecs
  • Experience supporting telecommunications, networking or Software-as-a-Service products
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting and terminology
  • Experience supporting contact center technologies
