Job Summary
A cloud-based communications and collaboration solutions provider has a current position open for a Remote Global Enterprise Unified Communications Software Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting all Unified Communications (UC) issues
- Providing Enterprise level technical support to all Enterprise customers
- Troubleshooting and reproducing customer technical issues to resolution and/or escalates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in customer focused/customer experience role
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, perseverance and patience
- Experienced in VOIP technology including SIP, RTP, QoS, COS, codecs
- Experience supporting telecommunications, networking or Software-as-a-Service products
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and terminology
- Experience supporting contact center technologies
