Job Summary
A manufacturing, discovery, and product innovation company is seeking a Remote Global Equity Participation Plan Champion.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of all Employee Stock Participation Plans
- Project lead for the implementation of our global ESOP administration solution
- Drive the promotion, education, counseling, and communication of our ESOP plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, legal or related field
- 7 years of relevant experience in designing and administrating HR programs
- Knowledge and experience in compliance and regulations in multiple countries
- Advanced knowledge of information systems, and data governance and manipulation
