Job Summary

A manufacturing, discovery, and product innovation company is seeking a Remote Global Equity Participation Plan Champion.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of all Employee Stock Participation Plans
  • Project lead for the implementation of our global ESOP administration solution
  • Drive the promotion, education, counseling, and communication of our ESOP plans

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, legal or related field
  • 7 years of relevant experience in designing and administrating HR programs
  • Knowledge and experience in compliance and regulations in multiple countries
  • Advanced knowledge of information systems, and data governance and manipulation
