Job Summary

A leader in end-to-end customer experience products and solutions has a current position open for a Remote Global Hiring Experience Lead.

Must be able to:

• Define hiring and onboarding experiences for our different populations
• Define platforms’ strategy, leveraging our past investments in SAP SuccessFactors
• Understand the recruitment data supply chain and implement the processes

Required Skills:

• 7-10 years’ experience in Human Resources, with global implementation experiences
• Analytic skills and results orientation
• Strong interpersonal and management skills
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Excellent computer skills and highly proficient in MS Office
• Talent acquisition strategies and hiring processes in high volume environment
