Job Summary

A digital and online advertising firm is filling a position for a Remote Global Human Resources Partner.

Must be able to:

• Act as the central point for day-to-day People related inquires, support and guidance.
• Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation and human resources best practice, acting as “subject matter expert” in identified areas to help drive policy and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with talent acquisition, people experience operations, and learning to ensure we build, iterate, and support a memorable experience for CVE that is customized to the business but also remains aligned to the overall Goodway people experience strategy.

Qualifications Include:

• At least three years experience working as a Human Resources/ People Partner or Generalist (HRBP other similar roles), ideally in a high growth environment requiring building and developing new programs.
• prior experience in human resources supporting a global workforce, with deep knowledge of HR practices internationally, especially in UK and EMEA, and able to work cohesively supporting those teams from the US
• Extensive HR generalist experience and detailed understanding of all aspects of HR Management, but specifically: talent management, change management, employee experience, and employee relations.
• A mindset that is curious embraces change, and a continuous learner to develop yourself as well as the company.
