Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Global Mobility Program Manager.

Must be able to:

Build and manage a scalable global mobility program
Implement and maintain mobility policies and practices globally
Be a point of contact for vendors

Position Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent years of professional experience
Knowledge of immigration processes and visa types, specifically in the US
5+ years in Global Mobility, ideally in a rapidly growing global company
Knowledge of international employment-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Vendor management skills with a focus on accountability and building relationships
Experience working in a remote, globally distributed team
