Job Summary

A travel company is seeking a Remote Global Planning and Forecasting Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring consistent processes for managing staffing requirements
  • Spearheading the process for accurately procuring hours based on contract guidelines
  • Owning the Demand Forecast and Staff Plan process

Required Skills:

  • A willingness to travel nationally and internationally if required
  • Significant experience in workforce management in a contact center environment
  • Specific forecasting experience, understanding the different forecasting techniques
  • Experience in using workforce management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • You are a sharp, self starter with a technical curiosity
