Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Global Regulatory Affairs Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining morale and supporting employee engagement initiatives
- Liaising with GRA and other subject matter experts to ensure business requirements are embedded within programs
- Motivating and inspiring employees to do their best work through coaching
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proven leadership skills with a high level of accountability
- Influence people inside and outside of functional area
- 5+ years experience in working in an experience in working in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs
- Demonstrated ability to present and articulate requirements
- Process Management, or project management experience required
- Strong business acumen and ability to make sound decisions that contribute positively to the business
