Job Summary

A provider of information technology and services has a current position open for a Remote Global Software Chief Product Officer Executive Assistant in Austin.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing travel arrangements and monitoring travel progress to resolve issues as they arise.
• Building strong working relationship with teams by organizing efficient communication
• Providing administrative support, to include: calendar management

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 3-5 years of recent C-Suite support experience
• Demonstrated experience and ability to work efficiently and to perform tasks simultaneously
• Hands on department and project management experience
• Successful experience developing and leading an effective project team in a matrixed environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills, energy and enthusiasm with a positive outlook required
• Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work in an accurate manner
