A tool manufacturing company is filling a position for a Remote Global Supply Chain Corporate Counsel Member.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing strategy, risk management and governance
- Providing prompt, strategic, and practical business and legal advice
- Drafting, negotiating and structuring a wide range of commercial and technology agreements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10 years of experience negotiating purchasing and other commercial agreements
- And within an in-house legal department of a manufacturing company
- Member in good standing of at least one state bar
- Law degree from top-tier law school
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong project management skills
