A company that develops software needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Global Talent Acquisition Head .

Must be able to:

Be instrumental in architecting new 3- 5 year Talent Acquisition transformation plan
Refine TA philosophy to create predictable and consistent hiring results that are aligned with hiring managers and leadership goals
Use your specialized experience to help revamp the infrastructure and recruiting tools

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Over 10+ years of recruiting leadership experience
Tried and tested specialized talent programs experience
Creativity and passion for building global D&I candidate generation strategies
Proven excellence and experience when running and growing a globally distributed TA team over 50+ people
Experience working in a product lead growth
