Job Summary
A consumer electronics company is in need of a Remote Go To Market and Customer Experience Technology Architect.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Defining solutions to mitigate dependencies/rework across platforms, products and initiatives
- Partnering with test and releasing teams to ensure smooth product launch, recommending areas of operational improvements
- Exploring new areas of innovation in the Digital space and provide thought leadership for technical and business teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years as a senior developer and technology leader
- Deep experience in at least one of the following areas: Marketing, Customer Data, Sales, or Customer Care/Services technology.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build coalitions across technology teams
