Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Enable reps to consistently articulate our value to customers
- Ensure reps are demonstrating excellence
- Get the most possible ROI out of our rep-facing tool stack
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-7+ years of experience working in a high growth SaaS organization
- A track record of high sales performance
- Prior experience with different LMS and content management platforms
- Familiarity with change management approaches
- Ability to analyze outcomes and utilize data insights to drive decision-making
- Experience working in rapidly changing and dynamic environments
