Job Summary

An automotive parts and tires retailer has an open position for a Remote Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling incoming Consumer/Customer phone calls and surface mail
  • Responding to email inquiries received through all company websites
  • Providing feedback on Customer/Consumer contacts such as unusual spikes related to product and service performance

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Degree or GED required
  • Post-Secondary education preferred
  • Bilingual - English and French, strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Effective problem solving
