Job Summary

An internet news and content sharing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Governance Risk and Compliance GRC Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Develop tools and processes to analyze effectiveness of company's security program
• Define security policies and controls, and map to industry standard frameworks
• Identify, document, and track security issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 7+ years working in the security GRC space
• Experience with controls definition, development, implementation and assessment
• Functional knowledge of multiple security domains and information security industry standards
• Deep understanding of security frameworks and standards
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
