A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Pharr.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Responding to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner
• Providing callers with an unbiased information to assist customers with application and eligibility requirements
• Accessing, reading, and interpreting customers and provider data elements

Required Skills:

• Education: High School
• Experience: 1-4 years
• Computer Literacy 70% and Typing 30+
• Bilingual - English/Spanish
• Background in health care, human services, or customer service
• Knowledge of health and social services programs
