Job Summary
The United States Federal Government is filling a position for a Remote Government Human Resources Specialist .

- Classifying complex, rare, or unusual jobs, and prepares necessary documentation
- Ensuring that assigned classification programs meet requirements outlined in agency self-assessment guidance
- Reviewing new or proposed HR policies, procedures and guidelines
Position Requirements Include:
- Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position
- Have one year of specialized experience
- Thorough and comprehensive knowledge of classification principles and concepts as it relates to position management
- Experience and knowledge of classification law, theories, principles, and practices
