Job Summary

A non-profit organization that provides health insurance and health services to the people of Minnesota is filling a position for a Remote Government Markets Analytics Manager in Eagan.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting the Government Markets business team in shaping the strategy and execution for analytics solutions within Medicare, Medicaid, Individual Markets, and Federal Employee Program
• Leading the development of strategic Population/Provider analytics within multiple complex operating environments to service Government markets and populations
• Formulating and aligning analytic capabilities to business unit strategies

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Health Administration or related field and 8 years of healthcare reporting and analytics; or
• 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal customers, consultants, vendors and Health Plans
• Possession of outstanding presentation skills with ability to lead in the creation of educational materials
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business users
• Ability to ensure that the Govt Market team’s needs are met and aligned with the data development roadmap
