Job Summary
A healthcare organization has a current position open for a Remote Government Programs Operations Director.
Must be able to:
- Prepare and present executive level presentations synthesizing operational reporting
- Represent government value-based care program investment needs
- Support staffing, workflow, and training efforts optimizing operational processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Graduate degree in nursing, data science, business, healthcare admin, engineering or related
- Experience in consulting, health plan, care delivery, or health care technology or services
- 5 years of experience or leadership in value-based care leadership or related roles
- Significant experience leading teams, process groups, project management, and management systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple diverse groups and virtual teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent leadership skills
